As part of the celebrations to commemorate VE & VJ Day, the Mayor and corporation will parade to St Gluvias Church for a service of thanksgiving. This service will also honour the Penryn Branch of the Royal British Legion, which was founded by Penny Bond’s late father, Dr Blamey.
