Morning Prayers Online

11/03/2021 8:30 am - 9:00 am

Morning Prayers are now offered online via Zoom. Please contact Rev’d Amanda to obtain the relevant information to be able to log in, but do not worry if you do not have a computer, as you can now join in over the telephone.  Assistance can be offered and you will be talked through logging into Zoom.  Services are offered on Thursday at 8.30am and will last for approx. 20 minutes.

The benefit of using Zoom is also that we can all take part and then those who would like to can share a short virtual coffee morning afterwards!

Canticle
Christ, as a light
illumine and guide me.
Christ, as a shield
overshadow me.
Christ under me;
Christ over me;
Christ beside me
on my left and my right.
This day be within and without me,
lowly and meek, yet all-powerful.
Be in the heart of each to whom I speak;
in the mouth of each who speaks unto me.
This day be within and without me,
lowly and meek, yet all-powerful.
Christ as a light;
Christ as a shield;
Christ beside me
on my left and my right.

Blessing
May the peace of the Lord Christ go with you,
wherever He may send you.
May He guide you through the wilderness,
protect you through the storm.
May He bring you home rejoicing
at the wonders He has shown you.
May He bring you home rejoicing
once again into our doors.

+ In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
